    I think they look great. I assume they're cut at around 30 degrees to get that nice proportion?

    Thereabouts, I tweaked it to suit the pen blank length and the look I wanted to achieve with the saw kerf & infill.

    Very nice. Now it is time to up the game. Add some color or even try a few of these. Seems like you have perfected this technique.

    Yes I have seen that work - very nice. I started making these earlier this year with two batches, one of 20 or so as a trial, the next some 80 or 90 cut and some 50 odd already turned. Not getting much time to do these projects at the moment but it is on the agenda.

    Still thinking just got to get the time to try a few ideas out. Had a mysterious power failure on the Woodfast TS250 all sorted now.
