My Label casting Efforts
I have managed to finally get some photos of the label casting that finally worked. Many thanks to David (DJpenevens) for all his help during my frustrating times trying to finally get this label casting business to work. I am as usuall interested to see what you all think of them ? I am not happy with the shape of the pens but if you new how much trouble they were to do you can see why I am at least glad they turned out.
I have cheated to some extent where I have done the background in black to try and hide the joint and have but it under the clip.
so here they are
Cheers Ian

I can't see anything wrong with the shape from the pictures.
I can see something wrong with the first pen it has a Newcastle Nights label stuck in it I would have gone with a more classier label like South SydneyCheers Rum Pig

i have been trying to do those for a while , but with normal printer paper and not a lot of success . must get some decal paper . my eels one almost worked but a bulldogs one failed bigtime , not surprising really.

Just a thought with these ! are you using acrylic painted tubes, I found that enamel will lift with the resin going off ,acrylic seems unaffected . cheers ~ John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!
