I've done both of these. The leather is popular as a sale item. As you say, a bit different.

Thanks. Sorry no. Blanks from Timberbits .. Real speedy deliver. There is also a black leather as well as other Carbon Fibre colours. Black on black Sierra also looks great.
I know people have been working on there own C fibre castings as the fabric is quite available on line.
They are nice and you don't have to do anything but press together. Everyone one knows me as a salt miner so I would rather make them myself from scratch .. Anyway just a real interesting look.
Apparently there is a lady in NQ who makes her own croc leather wrapped pens for high end people.
Pen kits are Sierra from GPW .. Thanks to Gary and Hue for helping me match colours with pen kits.

Both are very nice and came out well. The carbon fiber, is it a sleeve or is it the vinyl stuff??? Is there a seam on the CF.
