    Default LED Pen Lights

    Hi,

First time in the workshop since getting back from our overseas holiday, boy do I need to have a big tidy up
Anyway thought I would make a couple of our LED pen Light kits to see how they go together and see first hand what they look like. I must say I am pleased as they look pretty good.
I hand picked a couple of timbers from my private stash one being Blue Mahoe which I thought would look nice on the chrome and a nice piece of spalted e. Oak for the gold one. See what you think of both

    Cheers
    Tony.

    Hi Tony,

What size brass and bushings for these? I'm going to buy some from your store but it doesn't say.

I am interstate at the moment but will be back at the shop tomorrow night and can check the size of the tubes for you. Bushings were not available at the time of receiving the LED pen type kits but they are now, and I have some due to arrive in the next day or two.
    thanks
    Tony

The PSI Pen Light bushings measure 0.544" OD (13.8mm) and 0.541 ID (13.7mm)
Drill bit needed is 0.492" (12.5mm)
You don't need bushings, just TBC and use calipers.
