You buy the stitch pickers from any cheap shop.
Remove the handles and make your own mounting handle with cap.

I was asked for some more information so I thought I would post for all to see. I will be happy to answer any questions if there are any.

Ian , PSI have a great range of goodies, but on the downside there International postage is High, about $45 flat rate. Anything you want from them you can get from either Woodturningz ( email Ryan) as most PSI stuff is not listed on their site . Wood n whimsies is also a reseller of PSI ,both those companies will do the flat rate package at $14.50 US . Just don't look too hard at their sites as you will end up needing a big box LOL. Cheers John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!

PSI are a joke when it comes to postage and I have refused to buy from them when I am able to by from woodnwhimsies and they look after you and only charge the minimum in postage.

    Cheers Ian

You can use the instructions that Whaler 1 posted, but you don't have to use all of the cap. I cut the cap off about 1/4" below the ridge and then you hole doesn't need to be as wide, but only wide enough to accomadate the length of the ripper. It is a lot easier without the entire length of the cap. Here is the link to another tutorial on making them.

They are nice to make and sewers and quilters love them.
