NG ebony from the marketplace
Hi folks,
In case anyone is wondering how the NG ebony that woodchopper has been putting up in the marketplace goes when it's turned into a pen:
The answer is very nicely! The bits do vary in their colour distribution, the really black pieces might look a bit blah I think.
It's easier to drill than some other hard/heavy timbers, too.
Cheers,
Danny

Noice. I have some too but have not used it yet. What pen kit is that? - I really like it.

It's a jr george in antique silver - I got some from exoticblanks.com, and I really like them! They take jr gent tubes which is really handy.
They seem to be hard to find now though, not sure if the manufacturer is still making them?

Having a nice contrast in the natural grain makes this a desirable pen. Looks great.
