    Default Nice selection of blanks

I had a look at Bell Forest Products in the USA online today and they have some really nice looking blanks at a cheap price. Trouble is the postage. Just waiting to hear back from them to find out what it is. There are a lot of blanks you just can't source in Australia.

I had a look at their site. They have a good range of blanks. I was after around 130 mixed blanks. Both businesses; Woodturningz and Bell Forest work out within $3 of each other including shipping to Australia for similar blanks. Bell Forest provide a blank that is an inch longer (6" instead of 5") and usually 3/4" rather than 5/8" of the other company. On this occasion I will go with Bell Forest because they have more in stock than Woodturningz. If I have a problem with their blanks I will try the other business next time.

I saw a closed post on here about pen blanks for sale. Maybe people should look at the costs in the USA market.
