Hello Toni, congratulations on the perfect excuse to get all those little extras like aircon, dust extractors, tools, pen kits and pen kits and more pen kits, at night instead of sending hubby to the fridge for choclate, send him to the shed for different pen kits, and if they are not there, send him to town to order them!!!! Belated congratulations Toni and hubby.
Many years ago my wife and I did not find out she was carrying twins until 7 1/2 months - despite our questioning the first doctor - but medical science has progressed since then. So I have some feeling for the shock that you recently experienced.John H
Why do I never seem to cut "too long"?

Congrats Toni.
As one whose job it is to look after women in your position I have never had anyone ask me if wood turning is potentially harmful during pregnancy, but I can't see any problem as long as you don't get hit by anything flying off a lathe at high speed. Common sense must prevail. A more common question is "Can I get my hair permed in pregnancy?"
I actually looked that one up and it is deemed safe. If those nasty chemicals are OK then I don't think anything you are likely to use will be a problem.
As for the vasectomy, the stats say the failure rate is ~1:1000.
Best wishes.Terry B

Congratulations, Toni!!!!
As was mentioned, you need good breathing protection! If it was Bunny, I would not allow CA glue in the shed at all, at least during the pregnancy.
