    Default pen's for our troops

been working on this lot for a few weeks now
posted them off yesterday so with a bit of luck Bruce will recieve them in time
    all are 308's
i painted them this time rather than powdercoating (just to save a bit of time)
4 coats of black and 4 coats of clear
the others just 6 coats of clear

Tony just picked up on these most impressed with them covering them rather than army style with the need to polish appeals to me. Where you live always seemed so remote to me my eldest has made two trips there fairly recentlky from the nth coast of NSW and your not to far from Tennant Creek where my mate Mark lives.

The finish and presentation of the pens is outstanding.

    Peter.

    Peter
    thanks
Isa looks to be in the middle of nowhere on the map but there is plenty to do and look at around here (fishing etc)
unless you want to get gear out here, freight hurts bad
i believe there is another pen turner in tennant if that the gent you are refering to, i keep telling myself i should make a effort and head over there and try and catch up with him
    cheers Tony
