    Default Princess Pen

This Gold Princess Pen has Red Swarovski Crystals in the pen clip and also around the centre band. It uses a parker style refill and is complimented in New Guinea Rosewood Burl and then finished with many coat's of medium CA. As usual I am interested in your thoughts.

    Cheers Ian

OK my thoughs are as follows; The finish looks excellent - well done. The timber NGR burl I love & your finish makes it look even better. The princess kit why not my favorite is a nice ladies pen.Personally I would only put a pretty acrylic on the princess. I don't think the kit lends itself to a timber finish by nature of all the coloured bling and the thinner lines, however if it must be then that is one of the few timbers that could go on it.Just saying.

Nice one Dorno , these are very "Blingy" they also look good in pink ivory One feature I like is the adjustable clip tension on these , only a few kits have them . Cheers ~ John

I actually really like the kit, never have seen it before, in this case I believe a plain darker timber would look much better. Amos

    Default Nice pen.

    First I like the pen,but.
I think it is the wrong colour timber to use. To me it blends in with the crystals to much.
I agree it is a pen that really should be made with a very nice contrasting acrylic.
Apart from that very well made and finished.
