    Default Progression

I found the very first two casing pens I made the other day and man are they bad hahaha.
It is amazing the thoughts you have at the time and how somethings evolve. I couldn't buy
30.06 at the time so i bought 25.06 and made a taper to stretch the necks to the correct
size. At the time I didn't consider buying 25.06 projectiles or any for that point. It was the
trusty slimline all the way I wanted a red and black set so I used Black Palm and I dyed
the second one red, very poorly I might add. Even back then there was a huge discussion on
CA being too much of a plastic finish for timber. The Black Palm that was left natural I experimented,
and it has a satin CA finish, So this is my evolution of my cartridge pens.

    as the saying go

""a mistake is only a mistake if you don't learn from it"" - i have done a lot of learning

and i am guessing that applies to most in this hobby

That is true MIK. I like what Michael Hosaluk told me. You don't make mistakes, you create design opportunities
