I like the tapered bling in the clip. Where did you find it ?

Edit: Forget I said that. I just looked at a couple of Roman Harvests and the have tapered bling too.

where do you buy from in Canada Darrin ? my reason for posting this was just to show how we are made to think that some pens are sellers designs but then we find that a very similar pen if not the same is being sold elsewhere under another name

is someone going to come up with a pen that is not just a copy of another for example there are alot of new PSI kits that have come out and although some I don't like there are plenty there and they are certainly different than alot of others

Thanks john but I just been surprised and t the same time dissapointed because I thought the Roman harvest was brought out as a new design pen but after looking through website I find it is nothing but a copy of another pen going around. I found the same thing with the lucida and the very popular elegant beauty. After looking at both pens although they look the same the EB to me feels a better pen but not really sure why but the EB just seems to do it for me.

Actually I made a Lucida today , and for me it falls down a bit because the transition from the nib section to the centre band is a little sharp ,I don't remember that on the EB ? I think after a few pens under the belt ,for the prices we may just expect a little too much at times ,most times our customers are a bit less discerning thank goodness hehe, cheers ~ John

As gawdeplus said, William Woodwrite http://www.penblanks.ca sells them. I found that before, a lot of the suppliers tended to give a kit their own name. Maybe they still do. I have a kit downstairs called the Jr. Marshall. I cant find it anywhere but Timberbits. However, my supplier has a "new" kit that looks exactly the same, its called a Helix.

As long as we, as makers, keep talking to each other, we'll be able to keep on top of all the name calling .

The Canadiana is one i definitely plan to keep in my top end line, no mater what its called.

Darrin the Jr Marshall is in fact a pen distributed by Gary Pye Woodworking

    http://www.garypye.com/Pen-Kits-Daya...rball-p67.html

The Kit that is sold by Timberbits is infact called a Jr Victor and is not the same but Similar and it appears he no longer has any dayacom kits which means they will not be available from him but you never know he may bring out a similar one if they sold good enough in the past. So if it is your Jr Marshall that you are looking for then try Gary at the link above.

    Cheers Ian
