Solid brass pen
I decided to try turning some half inch solid square rod, it turned out alright, I didnt want a flawless look so im happy.

Mate,
That looks great! Well done on trying something new. I recently did a similar thing using Aluminium bar, it was a swine to get even a reasonable finish on !!

Ended up using some acids to knock the shine off and make it look older.

looks pretty good, a few drops of solder would add a bit of character as well
