    Default Tonights efforts

    Hi All
    Nothing on the box so I thought I would knock up a couple of pens. Just a slimline and a stylus slimline, I hope you like all comments welcome.
    Slimline is olive root
    Stylus is weeping myle
    Finished in Stylwood (still practising my CA finishes)

    Nice couple of pens there Skewturn they look great. The one thing I must admit I am not a fan of is those really small centreband slimlines. I just like the bigger bands better but it is just my opinion.

    Definately more productive than TV hehe , slims have there place in the grand scheme of things ,Just stay away from the el-cheapo kits as they will disappoint in the short term with inferior platings . Cheers ~ John

    Thanks for the comments Ian. I am not a fan of the small centrebands either, I had 3 left to get rid of. That pen is for a friend who liked the small band even though I tried to suggest a bigger nicer one. Only 2 more to off load.

    Hi John, thanks for the advice about el cheapo kits, when I bought my firsy kits I knew nothing about the great online sites, but now I am finding some great pen kits to give a go.
