Another Torch
This is made from "Golden Wattle) on this kit it is very thin so needed a lot of CA care ,but the effort was worth it this looks a bit special to me , there is some nice features and color ,some red like the flame box elder ,probably not showing up in the pictures though . Cheers ~ John

The red comes through nicely John. Beautiful timber and a lovely product. Must have a huge tube for the battery. I can see why you would need the CA backup.

Greg, the finished outside size is .550" about the same as a sierra vista ,it takes 2 "AAA" batteries , the wood came from "George" many years ago about the time I started pen turning hehe, probably still some treasures to discover in that big box Cheers~John

Brilliant work. I've done a bunch of the Golden Wattle pens from George's stash as well. He still has an ebay store I believe.
Your work on this one is amazing! Love it! I have never seen a torch kit before. Very great stuff. I would just worry about it being scratched or dented in the way that torches often get thrown about (or in my case, lost!)
