    Yesterday I mentioned about GPW and next day service, Well this time it is for David at Timberbits and his service. I get a morning mail drop and an afternoon one from Australian Air Express. My order from David arrived the next afternoon but I failed to check. Two businesses that have stock out and turned around to their customers in a day. Thanks again David

    I Pm'd david the other day about a slight problem I was having with a pen kit, a couple of hours later I got a phone call from China, it was David calling.
    I have always found him to go the extra mile with all aspects of his business, not only just selling the stuff to you, but afterwards as well.

    I couldn't agree more. David's service is fast and efficient and the price of his products are very hard to beat. I have bought the vast majority of my pen kits from him over the last 12 months since I took up this craft and on the one occasion I sent him an email to mention a faulty part he replied the same day by phone, advised me how to correct it but also sent me replacement parts the next day. You certainly can't complain about service that good.
