Half Truss Fixing
What are your opinions of the Half Truss fixings in the photos? And how should they be fixed. This is how my new house is built. Worried

Whilst the nail plate coming apart doesn't look great, triple grips are common, but we would usually nail 2 down into the top plate as well

That gang plate which has been popped loose when they hammered in the triple grip wasn't doing very much to begin with. The vertical web is in compression, and the load is very light anyway. The plate simply stops the web from shifting off the bottom cord. At work, we would use a 75x25 plate whereas the guys that made your trusses added cost for no gain by using 75x40's.

The supervisor looking after your job is not doing his job, contact the builders office and insist it is rectified. This tells me that the supervisor is missing other stuff as well. The accredited certifier either private contractor or the local council is also not doing their job either.
All facets of the multi-grip (not a triple grip) requires a minimum of 4 nails per facet as per the NCC, the one on top of the wall plate is to ensure there is no 'drift' of the truss away from the wall, unless this is done the chance of truss drift will deform the multi-grip at the junction of the plate and truss. The person who never made a mistake never made anything

The Half Trusses are on a Skillion Roof, the photo does not show the 600 Eave overhang on the Top Cord, would the wind lift up the roof if the Vertical Web is not secure to the Bottom Cord?

Thanks for all the comments.
I do feel the Site Supervisor and Council are not doing there Job.
The House has passed ALL inspections like it is and now has a Final and Occupation Certificate.
I will post some more photos for your comments and opinions

If that is the only truss like that, I doubt it would lift up. I appears to be a short span so the likelihood of lifting is fairly remote as it is not at the eave end of the truss.
