    Default Operator's manual

Does an operator's manual have to be provided with an emergency, warning and intercommunication system control panel?

Yes, no and maybe. Perhaps if you tell us why you want to know, more helpful information might be forthcoming.

Is it, that you have been shirking your studying time? surely If you are doing a Tafe course, all the information needed for assignments etc, would be available.

You say "does a manual have to be provided..." , what do you mean? A commercial builder who hands over a building to a client with a building occupant warning system in it (fire and evacuation alarm, intercom etc) would normally provide a manual for the building with information about all the equipment in it. I dont believe there is any legal requirement to hand over a manual though.

I'm not too sure about a manual.. we recently installed Lightning Protection on a high rise and we had to supply compliance certificates outlining we were meeting and exceeding the building codes and regulations but a manual not!!
