single dimmer with two switches, ok?
I have two lights with separate switches in the same room. Can I use a single dimmer for both lights?

Short answer - yes.
Depending on wattage of lights and rating of dimmer (although not likely to be a problem)
The switches will need to be between the lights and the dimmer.
Installed by a qualified electrician of course. (Because it would be stupid and illegal for you to attempt to do it yourself. )Those were the droids I was looking for.
