Hi All,
I put on two coats of undercoat and two coats on Wattyl Ceiling magic, its pink when u start, white when dry.(not something I would use again)

The ceiling has had lots of repairs to it,a wall was removed and that area of the ceiling repaired and various other areas have had patches repaired.

Thing is I can still make out the areas I have bogged over(they tend to stand out whiter than the rest of the ceiling) and the ceiling itself looks dirty not a nice crisp white I would have expected, even the cornices which are paper type and are brand new do not look a clean white. I was generous in my coats of paint.

Should I buy another ceiling white( not the pink stuff) and recoat the ceiling or paint the ceiling a colour ie: half strength of the wall colours, I would prefer the white ceiling.

Also with the final coat of ceiling white, as with the first, I have a few paint blisters, now the temp here is about 11 deg cel and wet and soggy outside.
The blisters are more above the window, which I leave partially open when painting, should I have a heater going in the room while I paint or even after I have finished painting, the romm is very cold, assuming this blistering is due to moister.

Any help would go along way,
the previous paint blisters I repaired are fine.

Thank you
