Hi,

I've just spray painted a cot with a gloss white acrylic enamel (Nippon Paints). It has not achieved the gloss level that I would like. I have found a water based clear gloss by Cabots but it is not designed to be sprayed. I thought I could thin it out so I could spray it, but it looks much thicker than normal paints. Does anyone know if there is a clear gloss I could use to coat the acrylic enamel, or has anyone sprayed the cabots water based clear gloss? Is it possible to use an oil based gloss over the acrylic?

Thanks
