Rule of thumb time spent per sqm for pro plastering
I'm putting together a bit of a plan (better late than never) and a big part of it will be plastering. Is there a rule of thumb for how long it takes for a competent person (I'm talking pro) to complete a job per square meter in plasterboard? Obviously efficiency and ability is variable, but I'm talking about someone who's just a good team man or woman.
Or to be more explicit, how long would it take to finish a room that's 3m x 3.5m x 3m high, walls and ceiling, assuming there are no dramas, and you're fixing to studs, and just your standard one door and one window, nothing fancy but not a slap-dash job.
Cheers
Tim
