Default A break from turning boxes

    _DSC2864.jpg_DSC2862.jpg_DSC2863.jpg

I rescued two of these pieces when the council staff cut down a flowering gum in our street. Each piece was only about 160mm diameter and 250mm long. They were cut down the pith, end sealed and have been stored in the garden shed for about 5 years.

This bowl is 125 mm diameter and 60 mm high. It is being given to a Thia lady to send back to her mother in Thialand as a Christmas present.

    Enjoy,
    Bob
