Chuck sizing jig ...for free !!!
Hi guys , saw this jig on YouTube awhile ago , Mark Sanger an English turner showed how to make a very simple jig for your Chuck jaws , thought I would make myself one or two for my chucks
A piece of scrap pine , a nail and a pencil ..........pretty simple and cheap , we have these bits laying around in our sheds ....
Measure your jaws diameter add a couple of mm and divide by half, put the nail in one end and the pencil at the other , make one for the tenon and one for a recess ,
Thought some of you might be interested in making one for yourself...Cheers smiife

That is as slick as a greased eel! Thank you.
