    Talking dyes

    hello to all
    i'm turning small ornaments some i've done in
    various wood and finished in oil,now i'm going to try pine but i wont to dye them red,black,and put a clear finish on them the problem is what dye can i use and where can i
    get it from.i've tryed different hardware stores ie bunnings & so on no luck.

    Have you thought of a craft store? Folk art is all the craze at the moment with an absolute rainbow of colours for using on wood etc. These can be left as they are or coated with a clear coat which they can also supply. The sky is the limit!!!

    Don't use anything but the U-Beaut Water Dyes. Believe me they are the tops, and the colours you can achieve by mixing them is only limited by your own imagination !

    u'Beaut offer a handy pack of seven small bottles so so you can sample the whole range, a whole host of colours are possible by mixing and matching these seven dyes.
