    Hallelujah....
    He's got it sorta working.
    Some torque, but not enough.
    Seems like the factory settings may not be enough.
    We'll try your ideas NC.

    OK then I would disconnect the motor from the VFD and measure the resistances of the coils, they should all be the same. If one of the coils is suss this will explain loss of power. Usually th VFD will report s this as an error code (unbalanced system) but not all of them do this
