Not sure, nothing in the specs. It is in 2 parts so as long as it is stored properly (cool, dry, dark place) it should last for a long time, like most of the epoxies. I've never had a drum more than 6 months, but in that time, never had an issue
I consider most resins food safe when fully cured, it then comes down to the question, when is it fully cured. Epoxies get harder and harder in time, so like concrete, probably never really cures completely. I always coat the surface with lacquer or something else when finished anyway, so if in contact with food, I use a food safe product like Hard Shellac or Rustins Plastic Coating (ok when cured)Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new
