    Default ... another one finally finished ...

    I brought this one to the G2G at NZ_Carver's place.

    It's finally finished, ... although I had some trouble doing the final 'cuts' and then sanding the areas that had the ant hole and bark section ... ... maybe I'll have to make one of those power sanding do-hickey-ma-bobs?

    Definitely "speccy" as in, what he said. Just bought myself a Sorby Hollowing Tool from Len Smith, didn't have one before, so looking forward to doing one of those very soon.

    A very nice example.

    The rim doesn't quite work for me but otherwise the shape is terrific. The timber features are beautiful. It is a lovely bowl and worth showing off.
