How Do You Get This Finish?
The attached photo are items turned by Richard Raffan. The finish is verdigris and the inner red is red acrylic paint.
I know nothing about the verdigris finish but a quick search on the 'net indicates it could be a Liberon wax.
Does anyone know more? What product goes beneath the verdigris?

I can't help with the particular effect but you can get verdigris and rust effects by using a metal paint coating and a patina solution over the top. http://www.sculptnouveau.com/colorcharts.cfm
I know this isn't exactly what you want but I thought it might give you some other ideas for finishing effects (I've used the copper paint and verdigris and iron paint and rust effects paint from these guys) It may even be possible to get your desired effect but I didn't experiment much
