It had to happen... part 2
Some time back one of my laminated bowls exploded from the lathe. Only six of the eight pieces were retrieved. The missing two came to light and the damage didn't seem too bad, so a resurrection seemed possible. This is the result.
Sometimes in the daily challenges that life gives us, we miss what is really important...

Its been haunting me. Pondering all night. How DID you make those lozenge shaped bitsaround the edge of the patern?

Thanks folks for the comments. I returned the bottle of aquadhere to Selleys for them to test the glue. As yet I have no feedback. I bought a fresh bottle and it has performed well.
You are right Tea lady the majority of the joins are curved. It took many hours of trial and error and failures, to get the system working well. I even adapted two machines to get consistency in the curves. Still not quite right but close.
