Kowhai bowl.
Hi all, found a small piece of Kowhai in Dad's firewood pile and rescued it. Quite surprised by the grain, nice finish of the chisel. More photos on finish.

Nice looking stuff. The grain reminds me a bit of the Red Ironbark I am turning at the moment.
