    The band saw blade gantry/handler and sharpener that comes with the bandsaw weighs ~6 tons. Price is "Free", pickup is from a small town in the middle of British Columbia. Power requirements: ~60 kW.

    Nice one but the problem is obtaining blanks that size now.

    The bloke that used to do my machining in Sale had one like that and he reckons the hardest part was using the micrometer to measure the work.

    Agreed,it can be PITA with big Micrometers,the biggest I have been around was 3m+
