    Default Redgum platter

This is from a piece from a entertainment unit that no longer met requirements. Picked up a few slabs from a sad owner who just couldn't keep them any longer. This is the first piece from that wood. 32 cm diameter. Tung oil.DSC_0441.jpgDSC_0443.jpgDSC_0442.jpg

Very nice indeed I like the outside shape nice and flowing, the two beads add to the top side and make a great boundary between the rim and bowl

Nice work with the beads. Did you use a beading tool or turn free hand? Either way looks great

Turned freehand (nervously and carefully!), with some Sanding.
    Cheers
