retro fitting evs to woodfast c1000

I am looking at retro fitting veriable speed to my woodfast c1000 lathe 240 v to three phase 1.1kw motor is it possible john t

Contact Woodfast directly. They had a package for retro fitting EVS to older M908's & M910's which possibly could be modified to the C1000.
The single biggest issue for a 3ph motor to fit the C1000 will be matching frame size & flange mount for a new motor to fit directly to existing.
I have the first M910 EVS conversion kit for a 1992 M908 after I hassled Bronte Edwards back in Jan 2008 - hasn't missed a beat & is excellent.Mobyturns
