Spiral form #2
Follow on from my no-name pieces this is the other part of the spiral.
This time kept the base natural oak and turned the spiral is ebonised and then masked and painted with green interference paint. I also extended the support and added a ball, like the spiral ebonized and this time blue interference paint used.

Nice work again Derek although I liked the first one better. That said both together would be a very nice contrasting set.

very Yin-Yang with the opposing colours. They are stunning features, and I am sure there are several other variations on the theme that would work equally well.
