Ed, good luck with the health problems.
Yes, my GP says most of his patients are short of Vit. D.
We need sunlight to produce it but are told to keep out of it cos of skin cancer.
So horse pills it is!

Good luck mate, hope things improve. As to your low testosterone, I have been on regular injections for 18 months to make my body stop producing testosterone in my fight against prostate cancer and have another 18 months to go.
Maybe I could send you some of mine.
Peter.

Whoops...almost forgot, Ray. It's all oak in the pile, prolly as bad as your radiata pine...but some of it had a lot of spalting which would have been worth turning.
Turned (no pun intended) one of the guys in the club on to the location...he and a few others cleaned the place out today. They thought it was generous of me to do that, was going to charge 'em a buck per 10 pounds, but thought better of it and made it a buck fiftyCheers,
Ed

Thanks Bob...I had never heard of oxygen therapy. I Googled McCabe and read his story.
