    Default Teknatool accessories

Hi all, I've acquired a technatool lathe, including a few accessories.
Can anyone enlighten as to what function these two are for?

To me the metal bit looks like the outrigger from an old TL1000 - like here http://www.teknatool.com/wp-content/...10/Histor1.gif
