Default Tree of Life Cherry Platter

This is "Immemorial Tree of Life" 15 1/2" D Cherry Platter.
Was hand drawn, hand carved and then the image burned.
Finish Tung Oil dried for several months then the work was done, after that Deft sanding sealer then sanded back to 800 grit and hand buffed w/ a cloth.

I drew it in one evening carved the background away in two evenings and Pyrography and sand sealer in one more evening around 4-6 hours per evening. This is my first go at Pyrography and I really like it more yet to be seen in the future.

Here's a close up shot of the work.
