Vale Binh Pho
Saddest news.
Just received an email from a woodturning mate with the shocking news of the passing of one of the great modern wood turners, Binh Pho. Without doubt, Binh was one of the most outstanding wood artists of a generation, his work was both unique and of outstanding artistic integrity and just plain beautiful. Many have copied his work, but his work was so different, yet obviously his.
What a loss to the wood turning world. Vale Binh Pho
Sincerely
Willy

For those not familiar with Bin Pho's work:

I was lucky to see two of his pieces in an AAW traveling exhibit. Absolutely amazing! So much timber, so little time.
