It has taken me all weekend but one peppermill
Hi This is peppermill I made am unsure what wood it is finished with Ubeaut. This is the result from all those dumb questions. Took all brain cells to work this out but very pleased with my efforts what you think. I know there is a slight gap at the lid but for a first that is ok I think.
bye
Toni

Toni , by the looks of things , your questions weren't dumb at all .
That looks ok .
I reckon that it won't be long before your mills will be of the same standard as your pens .
Great colour in the wood too

Hello Toni That is a good start. There is just a sequence of drilling and turning to follow. My experience is that it gets simpler every time and I know you will get better.Robert

Holey moley. You ornamental turners are setting some high bench marks, Toni. Ray (Wheelin) has already got me excited about the possibilities. Looks like you've already got your eye in with this stuff. Nice work!
