    Hello I am having no luck removing hand wheel so i can outboard turn any suggestions

    �� I did think about that .
    So now I need a left hand thread insert for the the chuck

    Yes, and they are not that easy to come by. It will depend a bit on your thread size.

    If you are using Vicmarc chucks contact them directly to see if they can help.

    If not, I think a custom made one from Vermec is your next best option.

    Nova does them in some thread sizes.

    Thanks Neil I have vicmarc chucks 30 x 3.5 threads. I am thinking of just getting a vm120 with dedicated LH thread. The cm 100's I have should be ok for inboard on the BL 300.
