Did glazier install window correctly?
He installed this window from the inside and pretty much just wedged it in and once it was level just siliconed around the outside frame, no screws, nails or any other means of fixing, he said it was a commercial frame and you can't screw in because the panel does not remove and once silicon dries it will be right.
Is this correct? Thanks for any replies.
