We keep a bird bath in the back yard. A heavy concrete concave bath on a short pedestal. Bath not glued/affixed to pedestal. My wife asked me this morning if I had removed the top of the bird bath. On inspection, sure enough it was upturned on the lawn beside the bird bath. There was evidence of soil disturbed where it had fallen, so I tried to recall last feeling the weight of the bath, surely it was not that heavy to actually imprint into the soil!. So I got close, bent the knees and picked it up in true OHS aware style. Out ran a very angry, snarling, wet, muddy, nocturnal, bushy tail possum. It tried to climb my leg first, but I was now holding (briefly) the concrete bath. This I found was a suitable defence, shock and awe on both of us, but luckily possum found a tree.
So two questions on this forum.
1. What is the best glue/adhesive to attach concrete bath to concrete pedestal?
2. What is the best way to clean my resultant soiled undies, pants, sox and work-boots?
