Thanks a lot, what a relief I got understood .
You see, I need to practice my english quite a lot now because I will soon have an assigment where I need to speak english all the time. I'm not changing my employer, more like a change of assignment is in question. Even more trouble will be with that german language I need to practice, too.
Well, a good pig takes anything .

Excellent works Sumu.
I very much like any works which have some type of segmented construction, and yours are very innovative.
As a matter of interest, how does the root burl of Californian Sequoia (you call it Vavona - never heard of it) and the other exotics (Jatoba etc) make its way to Finland? I guess you must have some good specialty timber importers there?
When you get a chance, a few WIP (work in process) photos of one of your boxes would be very well received by the forum.
By the way, your English is very good - certainly better than my Finnish, but I don't know whether your quotation of ".. a good pig takes anything" has translated too well. In any case, keep up the good work!

Hello ,
Wayne:
I usually keep no camera nearby while working, but I'll try to remember. The main problem could be that I sink in the work perhaps too deep, and a couple of hours passes by just like that. My attention tends to be all there. But I'll try, I promise .
There is some importers in Finland, but I visit only one, namely Viilukeskus Oy, a company in Turku, Finland. Here is their website (in finnish and swedish only): http://www.viilukeskus.fi/ They have very good selection of quality exotics, and expensive, of course.
They are currently affiliated with a DLH-Group, a Danish timber tradehouse importing exotic woods to Europe. http://www.dlh-nordisk.com/
If I sound silly or you do not get what I'm trying to mumble, absolutely ask and/or correct my speech. You can't get wrong there, that's one of the main reasons why I hang around here.
How should it be then?
Kippis,
sumu
