    Hi Colbra,

I use a Oshlun finger box set that I got from the US via Amazon. It works really well although I haven't got an iBox yet (hence my interest in this thread). The iBox has just come on sale at Timbercon for $269.

Link to the Oshlun set. https://www.amazon.com/Oshlun-SBJ-08.../dp/B0012YIL2W

    Cheers Bryan

Very happy with my iBox Col. I had to modify mine slightly so I could attach it to the sliding table on my Hammer as I use it with the dado blades mounted on the saw - does a sweet job and set up time is minimal once you get the hang of it.

    Hi Bryan
I have seen the Oshlun 8inch finger joint sawblades they are sold in a matching pair as I understand. I have a CMT 8 inch dado that come with a set of shims I purchased from Carbatec a couple of years ago, I have used them for rebating and through trenching joints. My Ibox will be here next week and that's the one from Timbercon as you said for $269 plus freight.

I used a Dewalt Contractors saw, since that time. I have purchased a Hammer combo set, I am interested in how
TTIT has modified his saw to use the I box.
I am about to reply to his thread on using I box jig on his hammer. I have run out of money this finance year so it will be July August
before I buy any thing else and the way my super is going maybe longer
    Regard Col /colbra

Hi Vern any chance of sending a couple of pictures my way as I may get the dado cutters for my hammer down the track a bit.
In the mean time I will use my Dewalt contractors I have a triple chip blade for it and use a incra 2000 HD mitre on the machine I have turned it in perfect by watching in incra videos.

Couple of pics for you Col! Just a piece of scrap steel I had to file down to 11mm wide because I couldn't find anything that width. You could use any method to clamp it to the table but the split end with a hole only threaded half-way works a treat. Hardest part of this was finding the original mitre bar to include in the pics! - knew I put it in a safe place . . . somewhere!

I have the Incra Positioner on the router. I'm very happy I went with it.
