Hello Unyfolk,
Thanks for your reply and thanks for posting the pictures of your version of the Diamond box. I like the combination of the dark and light coloured woods you have used. I found that it was an interesting project as you only had a couple of pictures to work from and from there you had to work out not only how the mechanism worked but also how to build and assemble the box. I finished up with much thinner wall sections on the box so our two designs are not exactly the same.

Hello Ruddy
I use 20mm maple for the box and 4mm walnut for the other parts.
Now I am working on the version 3 with a new lock mechanism.
