Default Rebate Router Bit

I am looking for a very small rebate router bit suitable for box making. What I have in mind is a bit about 10mm in diameter that will make a rebare 3 to 4mm deep.

All the ones generally available are 25 - 30mm in diameter, which results in a very broad corner.

Does anyone know where I could get a bit as described above?

You might be able to convert a flush cut router bit by changing the bearing.

Mcjings http://www.mcjing.com.au carry a 1/2 inch flush cut bit and a 3/8 inch bearings this will give you a 12.7mm bit with a 9.5 mm bearing ie 3.2mm rebate.

Gifkins dovetail sell them- http://www.gifkins.com.au/Boxmaking%20Cutter.pdf
It's the first router bit in the photos. I have one and find it excellent at cutting rebates in boxes. I use it when the box is dovetailed (with tape for safety) and rebate the base and lid. You just have to round the corners of your lid/base for a perfect fit.
You can also get different bearing sizes that will cut 1.6mm, or the standard one cuts 5mm deep and 4mm wide.

Thank you both for your advice.

Love your blog, although I think you are rather more acomplished than me!
