A simple little box
After seeing some of the amazing work posted lately, I am almost ashame to post my latest little creation
I started this box a little over a week ago and it is only my 4th to date. It is made of Padauk and jointed with Rabbets and then finished out with the round over bit. Finished with 2 dousings of Teak oil followed by 4 coats of General Finishes wiping Poly. Waxed using 0000 steel wool and then buffed on the wheel.
I thought it turned out pretty nice for a simple and early box.
Thanks for looking.Cheers,
Bob

Hey Fellas,
Don't mean to intrude, I just joined this forum and need a little guidance!!
I'm looking to find out as much about self-made bows as I can before I start my own. If anyone has a tip as to how to find the right people I would greatly appreciate it. That is a good looking box!!!

It's nice, different, unusual. Really.
helihunter: plenty of bow making articles on this forum, although not in Box Making. Try a search. Those are my principles, and if you don't like them . . . well, I have others.

That's one fine box. I hope you either use it or give it someone who will.
