Hi Geevesmac. I used two different router bits to create the "legs". First is a straight-cut bit to remove the stock between the legs. The chamfer bit is then used on the remaining legs to make a shadow line. I do the first router cut before the box is assembled, and the chamfer cut when the box is fully assembled. I might have some photos somewhere, if this explanation isn't clear.
