    Default Dan Phalen mortising jig

    Just finished the Dan Phalen mortising jig I made to mortise my table legs. I made a few changes to the original plans as the legs are 100x100 Merbau.

    Gave it a test run on pine - works great!

    Good work. You've got to love those loose tenon joints, strong, easy to cut accurately and make the tenon stock. Just saved yourself $2,000 on a Festool Domino!!!
